How it works
The Affinity MCP Server implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for connecting AI assistants to external data sources. Once configured, your AI client communicates with the MCP server, which securely fetches live data from the Affinity API on your behalf. The self-hosted server runs locally on your machine using your Affinity API key. The hosted server connects directly to Affinity without any local installation.What you can do

Find companies or people you haven’t been in touch with recently, surface new contacts, and see who on your team has the strongest relationship with a prospect.
Pipeline management
Search and summarize opportunities, pull up list entries and field data, and track progress across your pipeline.
Meetings and activity
Review upcoming and past meetings with any contact or company, and get a summary of recent interactions with a prospect.
Notes and capture
Create notes against any person, company, or opportunity from your AI chat, and retrieve or search existing notes by creator or date.
Field updates
Update field values on any entity or list entry seamlessly from your AI chat.
Reminders
Manage follow-up reminders for contacts and companies so nothing falls through the cracks.
